We are a company that is built on honesty, dedication and reliability. We take pride in what we do best, building homes. We strive to bring a new home into your life at a cost that you can afford. Gilco does not have any hidden fees due at the completion of any job. If for any reason there is to be an extra cost, the customer is always informed before any work is started. We like to keep the customer involved with the project to insure satisfaction and create unforgettable memories of the creation of their new home. We use professionals to do all of our specialty work. Gilco provides all structural work. Our company is licensed and fully insured.

Our company welcomes the customer to bring their own plans. We can also design your plans for you. We will customize your plans to fit your lifestyle and create a home to suit your needs.

Gilco is a member of the Home Builders Association in Haywood County.
